2000 - Mr. Ushikubo received a the title of the honorary Citizen by Gunma Prefecture.
Today is the Grandparent's Day!
Sanden's eternal Grand-father is of course the founder Mr. Kaihei Ushikubo.
He established his business in 1943.
Since then, Sanden has been developing numerous original products with an excellent foresight, backed with the constant research and efforts. He led an achievement to built the company he created into a global corporation in one generation.
In 2000, Gunma prefecture praised his achievement by granting the title of "Honorary citizen".
