Sanden International (Europe) Ltd announces its decision to part the Vending division from Automotive and consolidate the European Vending division under SandenVendo GmbH as of 27th March 2019.
The new SandenVendo GmbH has the head quarter in Düsseldorf in Germany and branch offices in Italy, Spain, France, Belgium and representative office in UK, as well as a production plant in Italy.
This is a part of Sanden’s global strategy to strengthen the segment of distribution and retail business, which foresees a healthy growth in the coming years throughout the partnership and comprehensive business sectors by exploiting technology, and combining the strengths of its European operation.
SandenVendo GmbH aims to extend the business through the product development and solid framework and to become the most competent partner to support the business of its customers.
